Once collected, please use the included prepaid return envelope to mail your sample back to us.
After we receive your sample, it will be processed within two business days. The results will then be sent directly to your provider for review, who will forward them to you promptly.

Once we receive your custom supplement solution order, we will use the name provided during checkout to locate your epigenetic follicle test results. Based on your most recent report, we will formulate your personalized solution.
If you are ordering a package that includes both the epigenetic follicle test and the custom supplement solution, we will begin production of your custom supplement solution within 48 hours of receiving and processing your hair follicle sample. You can then expect to receive your supply of the custom supplement solution within 10 to 14 days.
